RESULT
Our starting point was Mylee's current customer base and offering. This information provided us with access to a wealth of valuable data which was used to create a full-funnel strategy designed to help grow brand presence as well as generate conversions.
In the next phase of the project, we focused on brand advocacy and retention through CRM, influencers, establishing a community, and through remarketing campaigns using Google Smart Bidding algorithms which enabled real-time decision-making on the most cost-effective CPA. Mylee's brand awareness dramatically increased in the UK and saw a huge increase in conversions which has helped them successfully expand internationally.
BRIEF
Mylee is the latest gel polish brand taking over the UK and their challenge was one of scale. They wanted to expand their current product range and launch a new product category. We needed to scale sales quickly with the end goal of becoming the market leader.
WHAT WE DID
After the platform was built in Magento, we got to work in driving it to great success. Sales, lead generation, brand awareness and community were the four main pillars for Mylee and through a combination of paid social, PPC, social media and CRM activation we were able to achieve excellent results.
